Join Mudsock Youth eSports in our 2026 winter season team league! We are currently offering opportunities for players ages 8-14 in grades 2-9, with assistant coaching opportunities for students in grades 10-12. Players and assistant coaches must reside in the Hamilton Southeastern School District. All esports players must be registered through the Mudsock Youth Athletics Office.
This season will run for 8 weeks beginning January 12th, 2026 through March 7th, 2026. The season schedule will consist of an hour-long, single weeknight practice (Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday) with weekly tournaments on either Saturday or Sunday as scheduled. All practices and tournaments are currently scheduled to occur at and be hosted by Yes! Gaming. Any changes in scheduling will be communicated as far in advance as possible. Matches for practice games and tournaments will consist of team battles and focus on improving cooperative team-play skills.
10U (Grades 2-3) - Mario Kart and Splatoon (Nintendo Switch)
12U (Grades 4-6) - Mario Kart and Splatoon (Nintendo Switch)
14U (Grades 7-9) - Rocket League and Fortnite (Personal Computer (PC)
*Registration will be capped this season at 240 players, with the goal of 80 players per age bracket division.
