Mudsock Youth Athletics is fortunate to have members of our community who pour their time, talent and efforts into their league and most importantly into their participants. Our focus is to create an experience that enriches our participants' lives with a volunteer base made up of neighbors, family, community members, teachers, and more.

As we continue to grow, our volunteer base needs to evolve too.

Head or Assistant Team Coach (Fall, Winter or Spring Sports)

- We appreciate our coaches who help their athletes navigate successes and failures through teachable moments. Sound like you?
- Time commitment is approximately one practice and one game per week and varies for each league.
- Many leagues will pair a new coach with a seasoned coach to learn the ropes.
- Resources to help you every step of the way including potential coach clinics and practice plans. We have partnered with MOJO, a practice plan app, which automatically builds a team's practice plan and customizes it by age and skill level for many sports.

League Board Member

- Coaching not for you? Consider helping out on a league board. You can spend an hour or more doing things like:
- Equipment setup, field prep, ordering uniforms or awards, serving as a league commissioner or scheduler, being an action photographer, assisting with the marketing, communications, social media, event planning or website updates. The options are endless.
